摘要
提供优质的咨询服务,关键在于咨询人员。由于咨询服务是一项高智力的研究活动,因而它对从业人员的素质有很高的要求,国内外的学者和著名的咨询机构对咨询人员的素质都有自己的概括和规定。建立咨询人员素质指标体系非常重要,通过对国内外咨询人员的素质要求进行归纳分析,可以提出一个适合我国国情的咨询人员素质指标体系的基本构架。
Providing the high quality advisory service lies in consultants. Because the advisory service is a high intelligence scientific research activity, thus it has the very high request to jobholders＇ quality. The domestic and foreign scholars and the famous organization of consultation all have its own requests and summary for the consultants＇ personnel quality. It is important to establish the consultants＇ quality target system. Through the summary induction to the domestic and foreign consultants＇ quality requests, we can propose a basic skeleton of consultant＇ s quality target system that adapts to the situation of our country.
