摘要 目的正交实验优选消痤颗粒剂的成型工艺。方法以药液的相对密度、加辅料倍数、混合辅料比例为主要影响因素,以芍药苷含量、成型难易为评价指标,用L9(34)正交实验优选成型工艺。结果筛选出的最佳成型工艺为相对密度1.28,加3.0倍辅料,混合辅料的比例为(糊精∶乳糖∶糖粉)=2∶3∶1。结论该工艺合理可行,稳定可靠。 Objective To optimize the molding craft of Xiaoeuo granules by orthogonal design. Methods The main influential factors of the molding craft included the relative density of liquid, the times of subsidiary material, the proportion between mixed subsidiary materials. Conditions of the molding were evaluated with the content of peony glucoside and difficulty or Easiness to forming as indexes. The optimal craft of Xiaocuo granules was selected by L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design. Results The best molding craft was that the relative density of solution wasl. 28, the times of subsidiary material was 3.0, and the proportion between mixed subsidiary materials( dextrin: lactose: sugar power) was 2: 3: 1. Conclusion The molding craft of Xiaocuo granules is reasonable, stable and reliable.
