摘要
目的研究苍术挥发油与β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的制备方法及包合最佳工艺。方法采用正交方法,以包合物得率及挥发油利用率为指标,对影响挥发油的β-CD包合的条件做了优化实验,选定最佳工艺,并采用薄层色谱法对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果实验结果显示,最佳包合条件为挥发油∶β-CD=1∶8,搅拌时间2 h,包合温度为30℃。结论此工艺可提高制剂稳定性,方法简便易行,能适用于大生产。
Objective To study the preparation method and the optimum one of β-cyclodextrin ( beta - CD) including volatile oil extracted from Atractylodes lancea DC. Koidz. Methods The experiments were designed with orthogonal experiment, using the yield and inclusion rate of volatile oil were used as indexes to optimize the process, and TLC was conducted to determine the quality of volatile oil. Results The optimum inclusion condition was that volatile oil: β- CD in proportion as 1 : 8 was mixed, and triturated 2 hours ,30℃ Conclusion This process can improve preparation stability, and the method is convenient and can be applied to large - scale production.
