养心通脉方起主要作用有效成分部位抗心肌缺血的作用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的确定养心通脉方中具有抗心肌缺血主要作用的有效成分部位。方法从养心通脉方原方中综合提取出人参皂苷、人参多糖、丹参酮ⅡA、丹参菲醌、复方苷类、复方苷元、复方多糖、复方蛋白、总生物碱、总挥发油10个成分部位,观察各成分部位对心肌缺血大鼠模型心电图J点位移及血液流变学指标的影响。结果人参皂苷、丹参酮ⅡA、人参多糖、总生物碱、总挥发油能明显改善心肌缺血大鼠心电图和血液流变学变化;复方多糖、丹参菲醌虽能改善心电图的表现,但对血液流变学的改善不明显;复方苷类、复方苷元、复方蛋白3种成分部位不具有抗心肌缺血的作用,对血液流变学也无明显改善作用。结论人参皂苷、丹参酮ⅡA、人参多糖、生物碱、总挥发油等5种成分可作为养心通脉方起"主要作用"的有效成分部位。 Objective To investigate the effective compoilents of Yangxintongmai(YXTM)formula for anti- myocardial ischemia. Methods There were 10 components derived from the YXTM Formula:Ginsenoside,ginsen polysaccharide,total tanshinone ⅡA,salvia mihiorrhiza phenanthrenequinone, compound glycoside, compound aglycones, compound polysacehrides, compound proteins, total alkaloid and total volatile oil. The impact of them was studied on the electrocardiogram J - point shift and the hemorrheology markers. Results Ginsenosides,tanshinone ⅡA,ginsen polysaccharide,total alkaloid and total volatile oil could ,reprove the electroeardiogram and hemorrheology markers in ischemic models. Compound polysaecharide and salvia mihiorrhiza phenanthrenequinone could only im prove the electrocardiogram. But the compound glycosides, compound aglycones and compound proteias did not show any effect on the electrocardiogram and hemorrheolgy markers. Conclusion This study indicated that ginsenosides, tanshinone ⅡA,ginsen polysaecharide,total alkaloid and total valotile oil were the primary effective components in YXTM Formula.
