摘要 水泵、风机和涡流分级机等带叶轮的流体机械运行时,叶轮叶片间通道将产生与叶轮旋转相反方向的反旋涡流,这些反旋涡流将使机械的性能变差.本文给出了该反旋涡产生的机理及其强度的计算法则;并把该法则用于分析涡流分级机转笼叶片间径向流速偏差及其对分级机分级精度的影响. There exists counter rotating vorticos in fluid passages between neighboring blades of rotodynamic machines, such as pumps, fans and vortex flow classifier. These counterrotating vortices always degrade the performance of the machine. This paper presents a theoretical explanation of the occurrence mechanism of the vortices and a formula for calculating the instensity of the vortices. The deviation in radius velocity of the fluid passing the classifier's rotor passage is estimated and the effects of the velocity asymmetry to classifying precision are also presented.
