大麦籽粒γ-氨基丁酸含量的测定分析 被引量:57

摘要 为研究不同大麦材料的籽粒γ-氨基酸(GABA)含量和发掘高GABA含量的大麦品种,采用比色法测定了美国、中国及其他国家的180个大麦品种籽粒GABA的含量。结果发现,不同品种中GABA的含量(mg/100g)差异很大,中国大麦籽粒GABA含量(9.99±4.59)高于美国大麦籽粒(8.31±2.17),裸大麦籽粒GABA含量(15.28±8.51)高于皮大麦籽粒(8.56±2.54),多棱大麦籽粒GABA含量(9.40±4.22)高于二棱大麦籽粒(8.60±2.68);其中来自云南迪庆州的青稞籽粒GABA含量(29.51±1.20)是供试样品中最高的。本分析结果可为进一步选育富含γ-氨基丁酸的大麦品种提供材料,并为大麦资源开发提供方法和手段。 In order to investigate the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) contents in various types of barley grains and to explore accessions with high GABA contents, a total of 180 barley accessions from the United States, China and other countries were determined by the colorimetric method. It was found that the GABA contents(mg/100 g) varied among the barley accessions investigated, the GABA contents(9.99 ± 4. 59) in barley accessions from China were higher than that (8.31±2.17) from the United States, and that in hull-less barley grains(15.28±8.51) were higher than that in the husky ones (8.56±2.54), the GABA contents(mg/100g) in poly-rowed barley (9.40±4.22) were higher than that in two-rowed ones(8.60±2. 68), and the highest GABA contents(29.51±1.20) among all the barley cultivars in this experiment were observed in hull-less barley from Diqing prefecture of Yunnan Province. Several useful barley cultivars were selected for the further breeding of y-aminobutyric acid-rich barley cultivars, and the ways for the selection of γ-aminobutyric acid-rich barley resources were also provided.
