摘要
为有效地缩短新产品的开发周期,提出了集成形状比较技术的产品实例检索的框架。根据形状分布方法,对零部件三维模型进行相似性度量,采用模糊C均值聚类算法对已有产品实例的三维模型进行聚类。三维模型的类别形成高维的欧式空间,从而提出采用向量空间模型表达产品实例。给出了实例库建立和实例检索的过程。实验研究表明,该方法应用到具体设计领域,可以提高基于实例设计的自动化程度和检索的准确度。
To effectively shorten new product development cycle,a case retrieval framework with integration of shape matching technique was presented. Similarity between 3D models of parts was measured by shape distribution method. Fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm was applied to cluster products' 3D models, The classes of 3D model formed high dimension Euler space and the vector space model was used to represent the product instance. Processes to construct product case database and to retrieve the case were presented. It was proved by the experiment that this method could improve the automation degree and retrieval accuracy in ease based design.
