摘要
从车间调度研究的目标、方法、手段、资源等基本要素入手,分析了传统研究方法论的不足。提出了由务实、广泛集成、简洁、分治和人机系统等五类研究视角构成的五视角方法论,分析了其重要性和内涵,并通过要素轮与视角锥阐明了方法论各组分的关系。在此基础上,提出了由问题域、过程域和实体域组成的车间调度问题求解的三域结构,并探讨了实施模式和特点,开发了基于多智能体技术和MadKit平台的车间调度的初步原型系统,表明五视角方法论及其指导下的三域结构具备可操作性。
Through basic factors including objects, methodology, means and resources, the disadvantages of traditional research methodologies were analyzed. Then, the five-perspective methodology was proposed, which consisted of five research perspectives:being practical, comprehensive integration, being concise, dividing and human machine system. The importance and connotation of this methodology were explained, and the interrelations of the system components were illustrated through factor-wheel and perspective-pyramid. Based on above methodology, an architecture composed of problem domain, process domain and entity domain named three-domain architecture was put forward to solve workshop scheduling problems. Its implementation scheme and characteristics were also discussed. A prototype based on multi-Agent technology and MadKit platform was developed. Feasibility and applicability of the proposed methodology and the subsequent architecture were finally revealed.
