摘要
目的:了解衡阳市乡镇卫生院医生人力资源的现状,提出对策建议。方法:采用现场问卷调查和现场定性研究相结合的方法,对衡阳市25家乡镇卫生院医生的人力资源状况进行调查。结果:衡阳市乡镇卫生院医生学历以中专为主,职称以初级为主,医生学历层次、执业资格状况不合理。建议:严格医生执业准入,积极鼓励大学毕业生到乡镇卫生院工作,加强乡镇卫生院医生的继续教育和培训,调整专业结构,采取措施稳定人才队伍。
Objective The paper is to give some suggestions for improving the abilities of rural doctors based on an investigation of the current rural health human resources situation in Hengyang. Methods: An investigation of 487 doctors in 25 sample township hospitals by means of questionnaires and qualitative research containing the sex, age, education background, license, professional titles, speciality distribution, etc. Results: Most of doctors in rural township hospitals are male, and they are 25 to 44 years old, and received secondary professional education, and most of them only own a primary title. The status of the doctors in the rural central township hospitals is much better than those in the rural general ones. Conclusions: As far as the current situation is concerned, strict measures should be taken to permit doctors into township hospitals in accordance with the standards: Medical college graduates should be encouraged to work in the rural township hospitals. It is necessary to advocate further medical education to improve the rural doctors' ability and adjust the structure of specialities. What is more, strong measures must be taken in the building of haman resources.
