摘要
钢丝绳类索结构动力学仿真模型的建立是复杂机电系统虚拟样机开发的关键问题。文中对钢丝绳的动力学仿真模型的有限元模型和多体动力学模型的建模方法进行了探讨,建立了钢丝绳的动力学仿真模型,在其自重和一端拉力的载荷条件下进行了钢丝绳动力学仿真研究。研究结论表明在钢丝绳自重作用下其产生的最大垂度值与其理论公式计算值相差5%左右,所建立的模型可以作为钢丝绳类索结构的动力学仿真模型。
Dynamics simulation modeling of steel cable structure is the key problem in virtual prototype development of complex electromechanical system. This paper discusses finite element modeling and multi - body dynamics modeling of steel cable, establishes dynamics models of steel cable and conducts related dynamics simulation under dead weight and with tension at one end. The result reveals that the difference in maximum cable sag between the dynamics simulation results and theoretical calculation ones is about 5% and the models established in this paper can be used as dynamics simulation models of steel cable structures.
