摘要
由创伤所致的心脏骤停存活率相当低,本文介绍重症胸外伤患者医院内及医院外治疗的一些措施,重点介绍了医院内治疗包括:气道保护、人工通气、循环支持、手术治疗治疗策略及现状,为临床治疗重症胸外伤患者提供参考,采取合理的治疗方式,降低此类患者的死亡率。
To investigate the resuscitation of patients with severe thoracic injury. Treatment of thoracic trauma included：airway protection, artificial ventilation, circulation support, surgery, et al. Among patients suffering from cardiac arrest caused by thoracic trauma, survival rate was low. Reasonable treatment out of hospital will earn more time to be treated in hospital. Reasonable treatment can reduce the mortality of these patients.
