摘要
介绍了可见光响应型TiO2光催化剂的研究现状,对近年来国内外改性纳米TiO2光敏剂敏化、稀土离子掺杂、过渡金属离子掺杂、阴离子掺杂、半导体复合和上转换发光材料复合等改性方法进行了阐述,并对这些方法的原理进行了解释和说明,预测了今后的研究方向。
In this paper, the recent development in the area extending the light absorption of titania into visible light region is introduced. The modified methods, such as metal ion-doping technique, sensitized treatment, non-metal-doping ion technique and so on, are introduced and discussed. The mechanisms are interpreted and the development tendency in this field is predicted.
