摘要
中点(neutral point,NP)电位偏移是中点箝位型(neutral point clamped,NPC)三电平逆变器的主要缺点。该文研究NPC三电平逆变器在空间矢量调制(space vec tor pulse-width modulation,SVPWM)时的NP电位低频振荡问题。通过计算电压矢量的作用时间并引入电流矢量,建立NP电位的动态模型。分析各个矢量对NP电位的影响。高频和3倍输出频率的低频相结合,构成了NP电位的振荡模式。论文推导出NP电位在单周期内可平衡的条件和1个扇区内的可平衡条件。在实验室样机上验证所提理论的有效性与正确性。
The DC-capacitor-voltage unbalance is the main technical drawback of multi-level neutral point clamped (NPC) inverter. This paper discussed oscillation of neutral point (NP) voltage of NPC three-level inverters under space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control. By calculating dwell time of voltage vector and introducing current vector, the dynamic model of NP voltage was acquired. The influence of every voltage vector on NP voltage was analyzed. The oscillation modes of NP voltage were comprised of combined high and low frequency components, which is in triple output frequency of inverter. The paper proposed the balance conditions of NP voltage in one sampling cycle and in a section. Experimental results from a laboratory prototype were presented in order to show the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
