介绍了和谐图书馆的内涵和特征,分析了流通服务工作在构建和谐图书馆中的作用,指出流通服务工作要"以读者为本",发挥服务育人、管理育人的作用,创新服务内容,促进图书馆的全面、协调和可持续发展。
This paper introduces the connotations and features of harmonious library, analyzes the functions of circulation service in the construction of harmonious library, and points out that the circulation service must be based on the readers, play a role in cuhivating the talents with the service and management, innovate service contents,and promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the library.
