摘要
目的研究江南卷柏(Selaginella moellendorfii Hieron.)中双黄酮类化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱分离江南卷柏全草中的乙酸乙酯提取部位的双黄酮类化学成分,应用理化鉴别和1H-NMR、13C-NMR等方法确定化学结构。结果从江南卷柏乙酸乙酯部位分离得到6个双黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为鸡毛松双黄酮A(7,4',7''-tri-O-methylrobustaflavone,Ⅰ),鸡毛松双黄酮B(7,7''-di-O-methylrobustaflavone,Ⅱ),罗波斯塔黄酮-4'-甲醚(4'-O-methyl robustaflavone,Ⅲ),罗波斯塔黄酮(robustaflavone,Ⅳ),扁柏双黄酮(hinokiflavone,Ⅴ)和穗花杉双黄酮(amentoflavone,Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ为首次从江南卷柏中得到,化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study biflavonoids in Selaginella moellendorfii Hieron. METHODS The biflavonoids were isolated and purified through column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 from the ethyl acetate extract of Selaginella moellendorfii Hieron., and their structures were elucidated with physicochemical methods and spectroscopic methods including IH-NMR, IaC-NMR. RESULTS Six biflavone compounds were isolated from Selaginella moellendorfii Hieron, their structures are identified as 7, 4', 7"-tri-O-methylrobustaflavone(I), 7, 7"-di-O-methylrobustaflavone(Ⅱ), 4"O-methylrobustaflavone (Ⅲ), robustaflavone(IV), hinokiflavone(Ⅴ), amentoflavone(Ⅵ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ-Ⅴ were isolated from Selaginella moellendorfii Hieron. for the first time, among them compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ were obtained from the Selaginella genus for the first time.
