摘要
微型汽车离合器在使用中故障率比较高,尤其是由于热负荷引起的异常磨损和烧蚀。提供一种研究离合器摩擦副温度场的思路,首先利用有限元软件对离合器摩擦片和压盘进行热分析,得出其温度分布云图,再通过离合器热负荷试验测量压盘温度,以期得到对离合器温度场的准确预测,为降低离合器故障率提供帮助。
The failure proportion of minibus clutch remains high, especially the failure type of abnormal wear and ablation erosion, which are caused by heat. Introduced a plan for the study of clutch temperature field,uses finite software to analyze friction-disk and pressure plate, gets their temperature distribution state, then measures the pressure plate's temperature through experiment, thus provides a referential method for the decreasing of minibus elutch's failure quantity and the prediction of it's temperature field.
