摘要 以VisualC++6.0为开发平台,利用Pro/E的强大参数化设计功能及其二次开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT,开发出通用减速器三维参数化设计系统,包括零件库和装配体模型库。改变输入设计参数,调用已有的装配体模型实现了减速器的零件的自动更新和装配,并可以检查设计的合理性。该系统避免了相同类型零件的重复设计且三维装配条件可以在任意给定的参数下进行更新,设计出满足不同工作要求和条件的减速器,提高了设计工作的效率。减速器种类较为齐全,并且开发了产品管理库,为类似设计提供了经验参考,同时方便了产品的管理,具有很大的推广价值。 This paper developed a friendly graphical user interface program of automatic parametric design of reducer based on Visual C++, Pro/E and its advanced development module Pro/TOOLKIT. Additionally, a database of parts and assembly library was established. Inputting the design parameters to the program can immediately get the desired reducer assembly and can check the reasonability and validity of the de- sign. The parts and assembly can be updated in accordance with the given design parameters and conditions, thus can generate various types of reducer and improve design efficiency. This program involves many types of reducers including a product index module that can record the designed reducer information and provide convenient management. This program is valuable applicable in other similar parametric design.
