铜、锌对丹参产量和品质的影响 被引量:9

摘要 通过砂培试验研究了铜、锌对丹参根重、丹参根中3种丹参酮的含量及其累积量的影响以及铜、锌在丹参体内的迁移与分布规律。结果表明,丹参根重和3种丹参酮的含量及累积量均随着铜、锌处理水平的提高而增加。丹参根藿的增加幅度以生长初期为最大,末期为最小;而丹参酮的累积量的增幅则以生长初期和前期最大。对3种丹参酮含量的动态监测表明,铜、锌处理后60 d,3种丹参酮含量最低,随着时间的推移,丹参酮的含量逐渐增大,到120 d达到高峰期,150 d时又开始下降。丹参地上部和地下部铜、锌的含量均随处理浓度增高而增大,而且铜、锌主要累积在丹参地下部分。另外,地上和地下部铜、锌的含量均随时间的推移而表现为先增大后减小,处理后150 d时达到最大值,180 d时则稍有降低。 In order to investigate the effects of microelements including copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) on Salviae miltiorrhizae Bunge root weight, contents and cumulants of three tanshinones (cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone IIA), and transfer and distribution of Cu and Zn in Salviae miltiorrhizae, a sand culture experiments were conducted. The results showed that both Salviae miltiorrhizae root weight and the contents and cumulants of three tanshinones increased with the increasing of Cu and Zn concentration. During the early period of growing season, the increase rate of Salviae miltiorrhizae root weight was the highest, and it appeared the lowest at the end of growing season. The cumulants of three tanshinones reached their highest in the early period and prophase of growing season. The dynamic monitoring on responses of the contents of tanshinones to Cu and Zn showed that: the contents of tanshinones at 60 d were the lowest, then they increased with the time and reached the highest at 120 d, and then dropped from 150 d. The contents of Cu and Zn in upper and underground parts of Salviae miltiorrhizae increased with the increasing of Cu and Zn concentration. At the same concentration, Cu and Zn contents of the underground part were higher than upper one. Contents of Cu and Zn in upper and underground parts of Salviae miltiorrhizae first increased with time and reached their highest at 150 d, and then decreased from 180 d.
