盐胁迫对紫穗槐生长发育及生理特性的影响 被引量:39

摘要 研究了浓度在0.5%~1.1%的NaCl溶液胁迫对紫穗槐幼苗生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl溶液浓度的升高,其对紫穗槐的胁迫程度逐渐加强,当盐溶液浓度达到1.1%时,其生长发育受到明显抑制,6周后叶片脱落,但9周后枝条仍然鲜活,说明紫穗槐具有很强的抗盐能力。盐胁迫下紫穗槐会受到不同程度的生理伤害,植物则通过在细胞液泡中积累无机离子或合成有机溶质等方式进行渗透调节来减轻或避免伤害。可溶性糖、脯氨酸、无机离子等物质是植物体内重要的渗透调节剂,盐胁迫下叶片中渗透调节质含量增高。紫穗槐可能通过渗透调节质含量的提高来进行适度的渗透调节,以适应NaCl的胁迫环境。 This paper studied the effect of NaCl solution (0.5%-1.1%) on seedlings, growth and physiological metabolism of A morpha fruticosa. The results showed that as the concentration of NaCI solution increased, the stress to the A rnorphafruticosa also increased. The growth blocked obviously when the NaCl solution concentration increased to 1.1%. Amorphafruticosa leaves began to drop off after 6 weeks, but the branch still alive after 9 weeks, indicating the A morpha fruticosa has strong resistance to salt stress. A morphafruticosa appeared physiological injury during salt stress. It carries on the osmotic regulation by the way of accumulating inorganic ions or synthesis organic solute in the cell vacuole to reduce or avoid injury. Soluble materials, such as sugar, proline, inorganic ions, increased under salt stress. Amorphafruticosa might adopt to salt stress by moderating osmotic materials in cells.
