摘要
针对油田无线示功仪及其无线网络节点的供电问题,采用开关电源技术实现了太阳能组件电压变化或负载波动时自动调节占空比的供电网络,运用自动控制技术设计了过电压保护电路、过放电保护电路与应急充电电路等,采用充电管理技术实现了锂电池充电及电压调节电路,根据光敏传感器输出差值比较电压设计了太阳自动跟踪控制器.该太阳能充电电路思路新颖,在应用上是一种突破,工作效率达到92%,输出电压精度为98%,系统运行一年来,工作性能安全、稳定.应用证明具有较高的实用和推广价值.
Aiming at the power-supply problem of the wireless dynamometers and its wireless network nodes in oilfields, automatic adjustment of the duty cycle was accomplished when the voltage of solar energy components or load changed, and the power supply network was achieved by using switching power technology. The over-voltage protection circuit, over-discharge protection circuit and emergency charging circuit were designed based on automatic control technology. Lithium bat- teries charging circuits and voltage regulator circuits were realized by charge management technology. Voltage difference comparison was produced by photosensitive sensors, and automatic solar tracking controller was designed. The solar charger circuit is innovative in design ideas and applications. The work efficiency reaches 92%, and output voltage precision achieves 98%. The system performance is stable and safe over the past year. The results has proved that this circuit is valuable in practical application and worth popularizing.
