摘要
针对红外镜头的材料特点和精度要求,提出了一种适用于科研生产的双向光学定心加工方法.从相对180°方向,用两台定心仪同时观察、测量红外透镜组件的两个球心像,根据测量结果重复调节专用的球心像调整工装,调两球心像相对轴线的位置,确定红外透镜组件的理想光轴.结果表明:某红外测量镜头的系统同轴度小于或等于0.02 mm,镜头的焦距相对误差仅为0.2%.
Specified concerning the material characteristics and the precision requests of infrared lens, the processing method of bidirectional optics is proposed. Both central images of infrared lens module are observed and measured with two centering meters from opposite sides. According to the measurements result, the special tool with images of center and the relative spool threads position of both image of centers are adjusted repeatedly. So that the ideal optical axis is found. The examples show that the coaxial degree of the infrared lens is equal or less than 0. 02 mm and the proportional error of focus is lnly 0. 2 %.
