摘要
采用磁力传动器实现动力机械转矩无接触传递来解决动力传递的硬连接和动密封的泄漏问题,是近年来动力传递方式和动密封技术中取得的重要成果。为了有效解决油田现有增压注水设备中存在的高压动密封问题,将磁力传动技术应用于油田注水系统。介绍了应用电磁学理论进行磁力传动器设计的方法和磁场物理量与主要设计参数之间的内在联系,并利用ANSYS软件对磁力传动器的设计参数进行校验分析,为磁力传动器的优化设计提供了依据。
The rigidity coupling and sealing problem were solved by using non-contact power transfer. In order to solve the problem that was involved in high pressure dynamic seal system in water injection equipment, the magnetic force technology was aopted in oilfield. The application of electromagnetic theory was used to design magnetic force driver. ANSYS was used to calibrate design data to provide design basic.
