摘要
目的分析神经外科手术中枕部与额部脑电双频指数(BIS)的相关性。方法神经外科颅内肿瘤切除术患者10例,在同侧枕部和额部分别放置电极,取诱导前10min(T1)、切皮前10min(T2)、切皮后10min(T3)、切开硬膜后10min(T4),切开硬膜后30~90min(T5)各时段BIS值进行分析。结果枕部BIS值T1时明显低于额部(P<0.01),T2~T5时明显高于额部(P<0.01)。麻醉前后枕部与额部BIS值具有正相关性(r2=0.954;P=0.000)。结论在神经外科手术中,麻醉前后枕部与额部BIS值有明显差异,但同时有良好的相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between occipital and frontal bispectral index(BIS) values monitored during neurosurgical procedures. Methods Ten patients underwent intracranial tumorectomy were enrolled. We placed the sensors on the occiput and forehead respectively. The Bis data were recorded at 10 min before anesthesia induction(T1 ), 10 min before incision(T2 ) ,10 min after incision(T3 ), 10 min after opening cerebral dura mater(T4 ), and from 30 min to 90 min after openning the cerebral dura mater (T5). Results Occipital BIS values were significantly lower than frontal at T1 (P〈0.01). During anesthesia, occiputal BIS became higher singnificantly compaered with frontal (P〈0. 01). The BIS valume monitored on the occipit was positively correlated to that monitored on the forehead(r2 = 0. 954, P= 0. 000). Conclusion The results show that BIS values monitored from the occipit and the forehead are significantly differenct correlatied.
