摘要
目的了解宁波市Rh阴性献血者MN、Rh、Kidd、Lewis血型基因频率遗传学多样性。方法对250名Rh阴性献血者MN、Rh、JK、Lea血型进行血清学及分子生物学检验,分析其基因频率。结果Rh血型分布为CCEe2例(0.8%),Ccee25例(10.0%),CcEE1例(0.4%),CcEe12例(4.8%),Ccee71例(28.4%),ccEE12例(4.8%),ccEe16例(6.4%),ccee111例(44.4%),未发现CCEE。MN血型分布为MN82例(32.8%),M102例(40.8%),N66例(26.4%),基因频率分别为53.20%和46.80%。Kidd血型分布为JK(a+b-)68例(27.2%),JK(a-b+)62例(24.8%),JK(a+b+)120例(48%),未发现JK(a-b-),基因频率分别JKa50.2%、JKb49.8%。Lewis血型分布为Le(a+b-)46例(18.4%),Le(a-b+)127例(50.8%),Le(a-b-)85例(34.0%),Le(a+b+)2例(0.8%),基因频率分别为Lea43.82%和Leb56.18%。结论宁波市Rh阴性献血者Rh、MN、Kidd、Lewis血型分布特征总体符合中国汉族人群的分布特征,有待进一步增加样本数量进行基因频率遗传学多样性研究。
Objective: To investigate on MN, Rh, Kidd, Lewis blood group gene frequency and genetic diversity of the Rh (D) negative blood donors in Ningbo. Methods: Detected MN, Rh, Kidd, Lewis blood group of the 250 Rh (D) negative blood donors used serology and molecular biology, analyzed gene frequency. Results: The Rh blood group gene frequency distributing: CCEe occurred in 2 cases (0. 8% ) of the samples, Ccee 25 in cases (10.0%), CcEE in 1 cases (0.4%), CcEe 12 cases (4. 8% ), Ccee in 71 cases (28.4%), ccEE in 12 cases (4.8%), ccEe in 16 cases (6.4%), ccee in 111 cases (44. d%), CCEE was not detected. The MN blood group gene frequency distributing: MN occurred in 82 cases (32. 8% ) of the samples, M in 102 cases (40. 8% ), N 66 in cases (26. 4% ), The gene frequency is 53.20% in M and 46. 80% in N. The Kidd blood group gene frequen- cy distributing: the JK (a + b - ) occurred in 68 cases (27. 2% ) of the samples, JK (a - b + ) in 62 cases (24. 8% ) , JK (a + b + ) in 120 cases (48%), the JK (a - b - ) was not detected, the gene frequency of JK^a and JK^b was 50. 2% and 49. 8 % correspond with the JK^a and JK^b. The Lewis blood group gene frequency distributing: the Le ( a + b - ) occurred in 46 cases ( 18.4% ) of the samples, Le (a-b +) in 127 cases (50.8%), Le (a- b-) 85 in cases (34.0%), Le (a + b +) in 2 cases (0. 8% ), The gene frequency was 43.82% and 56. 18% correspond with the Le^a and Le^b. Conclusions: The Rh, MN, Kidd, Lewis blood group distributing character of the Rh (D) negative blood donors in Ningbo collectivity accord with the Han nationality in China, awaiting more research blood group gene frequency and genetic diversity by increasing sample amount.
