摘要
用1%HCl—甲醇溶液或1%HCl—乙醇溶液提取的玫瑰茄细胞红色素中含有黄酮物质。用纸层析方法(流动相BHW)分离黄酮时,花青素的移迁率为0.34,黄酮为0.71;采用硅胶薄层层析时,迁移率分别为0.14和0.32,经测定,玫瑰茄细胞色素中总黄酮含量为15.30~21.50mg/g。
Abstract The red pigment extracted from Roselle cells with 1%HCl—MtOH or 1% HCl—EtOH contains flavones.High efficiency of seperations were obtained with both paper chromagraphy and silcone thin layer system,under which anthocyanins migrating rates were 0 34,0 71;flavones 0 14,0 32,Rutin 0 73,0 34 respectly.The total content of flavones in pigment of cultured Roselle cells ranges within 15 30-21 50mg/g. .
