摘要 目的:合成维生素E琥珀酸酯并对其进行表征。方法:以d,l-α-生育酚和丁二酸酐为原料,吡啶为溶媒,合成了维生素E琥珀酸酯。采用紫外光谱法、红外光谱法、核磁共振氢谱和差示扫描量热分析对产物进行表征。结果:经验证,成功合成了维生素E琥珀酸酯。结论:成功合成了维生素E琥珀酸酯。 Objectives: To synthesize and characterize the vitamin E succinate (VES). Methods: VES was synthesized from d, 1-α-tocopherol and succinic anhydride in pyridine. The chemical structure of synthesized VES was characterized by UV, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and DSC. Results: The VES was successfully synthesized. Conclusions: A new pharmaceutical grade VES was achieved.
