摘要
灵芝是我国传统的中药,在我国民间广泛作为药品和食品。本文分析了灵芝生物活性成分的研究及其在药品和食品方面的应用,并且对其药理作了较多的分析。
Two routes of ethanol fermentation from corn, with or without removing the non-starch material before fermentation were compared, results showed that the former route was more advantageous. Emphasis was given to the full use of the corn content in ethanol production process design.
