摘要
组织工程骨的研究发展迅速,但仍存在许多问题。主要的瓶颈是培养的细胞在功能和行为上与体内的细胞有较大差异,组织工程骨的成骨能力存在缺陷,形成的组织工程骨与天然的生理骨仍有较大差距。可能的原因是细胞的培养微环境不够完善,没有实现组织工程骨的同步血管化和神经化,组织工程骨与骨膜复合体的构建目前仍缺乏研究。
Recently, great progress in the bone tissue engineering has been aquired, however, various basic problems have to be solved before clinical application. The major drawbacks are the difference of function and behavior between osteoblasts in culture and their counterparts in vivo, deficiencies in bone-forming ability, and the large gap between tissue-engineered bones and the natural physiological bones. The reasons are probably that the microenvironment of cultivation is not perfect enough, engineered bone can not achieve the synchronization of vascularization and neurotization, and construction of the complex of tissue-engineered bone and periosteum is still lack of research.
