摘要
采用微波辅助提取鱼腥草叶总黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验进行工艺参数的优化。其优化的工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%,固液比1∶50,预浸泡30min,微波作用时间30s,微波功率540W,总黄酮的提取率可达95%以上。与传统乙醇提取法相比,微波辅助提取可使每次提取时间由3h缩短为30.5min,提取率从92.14%增加到95.93%。微波辅助提取具有提取效率高、速度快、节能等优点。
The microwave-assisted technology for extracting flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. leaves was studied. On the basis of single-factor experiments, the orthogonal experiment was used in the optimization of technological parameters. Results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: ethanol concentration 50%, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:50, dipping 30 min, microwave action time 30s and microwave power 540W. By the above conditions, the flavonoids extraction rate is more than 95%. Compared with traditional method of ethanol extraction, microwave-assisted extraction reduces the extraction time from 3h to 30.5 rain and increases extraction rate from 92.14% to 95.93%. The microwave-assisted extraction not only has higher extraction efficiency but also has the advantages of being fast and energy saving.
