摘要
为了使羊毛纤维表面具有分解污渍的特殊功能,提升羊毛织物的服用性能,研究了超微粒半导体材料对织物上有机物污渍的分解原理,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了超微粒半导体粉体的液体溶胶,在实验过程中通过观察溶胶液体的透明程度进行正交优化分析,确定了毛纤维表面超微粒半导体的成膜工艺,通过电镜可以观察到羊毛纤维表面形成了功能膜,实验表明该功能膜具有较好的分解污渍的能力。
In order to make wool fiber surface stain the special feature of decomposing the blots, enhance wear behavior of wool fabric, it takes performance on the decomposition of organic principles of the superparticles of semiconductor materials on the fabric, and uses the sol -gel method to prepare the ultra-gel particles semiconductor powder of liquid sol. In course of the experiment, by observing the transparent liquid sol in order to carry orthogonal optimization analysis, it ensures the ultra-particulate semiconductor film technology of the hair fiber surface. It can observe the wool fiber surface to form a feature film through electron microscopy, the feature film has good decomposition stains capacity.
