摘要
本文讨论了HCFC-22热分解特性,并研究了HCFC-22初始浓度和反应温度对HCFC-22分解率的影响。实验结果表明,HCFC-22初浓度越低,反应温度越高,HCFC-22分解率越高。根据Arrhenius方程计算,500~800℃范围内,HCFC-22在氮气和空气气氛下热分解反应的活化能(E_a)分别为248.21、288.89 kJ·mol^(-1),其相应的指前因子(A)为3.26×10^(13)、3.26×10^(16)s^(-1)。
The thermal decomposition kinetics of hydrochlorofluorocarbon-22(HCFC-22) was investigated in a laboratory scale reactor. Moreover, the impact of the initial concentration and reaction temperature on the HCFC-22 decomposition was also evaluated. The results showed that the lower HCFC-22 initial concentration and higher reaction temperature could promote the decomposition efficiency. Kinetic parameters calculated by Arrhenius equation showed that the active energy of HCFC-22 thermal decomposition in air and N2 atmosphere were 248.14 and 288.89 kJ·mol^-1 respectively, and the frequency factor were 3.3× 10^13 and 3.3× 10^16 s^-1.
