摘要
目的:研究天山堇菜中的微量元素,建立最佳测定条件。方法:以湿法消解样品,原子吸收法测定了8种元素,分别以氯化锶、磷酸二氢铵、磷酸二氢铵-EDTA-硫脲为基体改进剂,进行了回收率试验,并以标准物质灌木枝叶进行比较测定。结果:测定出天山堇菜中8种元素的含量,优化出最佳测定条件及基体改进剂。结论:天山堇菜中含有较高对人体有益的微量元素,本测定方法具有很好的准确度和精密度。
Objective:To study microelements in Viola tianshanica Maxim. and finding the optimum measurement condition. Methods: Viola tianshanica Maxim. were treated by nitric acid and perchloric acid. Eight elements were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. SrCl2, NH4H2PO4, NH4H2PO4 - EDTA - NH2CSNH2 were taken as matrix modifier. Recovery test and contrast test were carried out with standard sample GBW07602 bush twigs and leaves. Results: The content of eight elements in Viola tianshanica Maxim. was obtained and the optimum instrument parameters and matrix modifier were selected. Conclusion:There are rich useful microelements for human body in Viola tianshanica Maxim.. The method has satisfactory precision and accuracy.
