摘要
在掺粉煤灰、矿渣、增稠剂以及控制砂率条件下,采用坍落扩展流动度、L型流动仪和V型漏斗方法分析自密实混凝土的工作性能。结果表明:粉煤灰掺量对混凝土拌和物的流动性影响较大,对粘性影响很小,当掺量为20%时拌和物的工作性能良好;复掺13.64%的磨细矿渣与13.64%的粉煤灰可提高拌和物的流动性和粘度;砂率为50%对拌和物扩展度、流动性比较适宜;掺0.18%的增稠剂可以增大拌和物的粘聚性和抗离析能力。
This paper analyses the operating performance of Self - Consolidating Concrete in the method of slump expansion mobility,the L meter and V funnel, Under the condition of maxing the pulverized coal ash, the gangue, the thickening agent as well as controling of the factor of sand. The result indicates that the pulverized coal ash has great influence in the fluidity of the mixture of the concrete, but very small influence in the viscosity. When the quantity is 20% , the operating performance is good; Duplicating 13.64% the gangue and 13.64% pulverized coal ash may enhance the fluidity and the viscosity of the mixture of the concrete ; When sand factor is 50% , spreading parameter, fluidity and viscosity of the mixture of the concrete are suitable; Mixing 0.18% thickening agent may increase cohesive properties coherency and anti - segregation ability of the mixture.
