摘要
虚拟经营是我国服装企业借助外部优势资源,提升竞争优势的一种经营模式。本文分析了美特斯邦威作为一家民营企业如何通过虚拟经营实现了跨越式的发展,但随着企业内外部环境的变化和企业间竞争的加剧,需要从品牌、经营模式、业务流程等方面对原有的虚拟经营模式节进行变革。
Many costume companies in China use virtual operation to increase their competing abilities.Metersbonwe is such kind of company and it has achieved a great success these years.However,with the change of internal and external environment as well as the increase of competition,it needs to make some innovation.This paper argues that Metersbonwe should make some adjustments by taking an overall consideration of its brand,operating model and business procedure as well in order to adapt to the changes.
