摘要
针对环氧沥青混凝土桥面铺装对施工过程中时间、温度、水分控制要求苛刻、施工质量要求高的特点,结合武汉阳逻大桥钢箱梁悬索桥桥面环氧沥青铺装施工的成功经验,总结了环氧沥青混凝土铺装粘结层备料、喷洒和环氧沥青混合料拌合、运输、摊铺、碾压、接缝处理和养护施工工艺,并研究施工过程可能会出现的天气突变、施工机械故障、混合料温度变化等突发情况,提出环氧沥青铺装施工应急预案。
Epoxy asphalt concrete bridge pavement has strict requirements on time, temperature and moisture during construction, as well as construction quality. Based on the successful construction experience of Wuhan Yangluo Bridge, the construction technologies of epoxy asphalt concrete pavement for suspension bridge are introduced. Key construction technologies are summed up, including preparation and spraying of bonding materials, mixing, transporting, extending of epoxy asphalt concrete as well as joint treatment and curing. The emergency response plan is proposed by researching the emergencies during construction, such as weather fluctuation, equipments failure and change of mixture temperature etc.
