摘要
研究不同铜含量的铜铁基烧结金属含油轴承材料的耐腐蚀行为。在5%氯化钠溶液中的极化曲线和SEM分析表明,材料的相对密度及铜的含量和分布对耐腐蚀性能有很大的影响。通过对原料混合粉末的预烧结促进铜扩散可提高铜元素分布的均匀性,从而达到提高耐腐蚀性的效果。
The corrosion behaviors of Fe-Cu based oil-retaining bearings with various contents of Cu are studied. It is shown by the polarization curve in 5 % NaCl solution and the SEM analyses that the corrosion resistance of the material is significantly influenced by the relative density, the Cu contents and the uniformity of Cu distribution in samples. The uniformity of Cu distribution can be improved by a sort of pre-sintering the mixture powder of Fe and Cu, therefore the corrosion resistance of the product is improved.
