摘要
研究大面积带有储液池、贯通孔和补液通道的可充式染料敏化纳米TiO2太阳能电池的制备及性能测试。制备了两块8cm×10cm和9块9cm×9cm电池,进行相应的串并联,装成电池窗。结果表明,电池的L为16.3-28.4mA,Vx为422.3-608.3mV.两块8cm×10cm的电池串联后的Ix为17.1mA,Vx为1100mV,并联后Ix为33.0mA,Vx为546.2mV。4块9cm×9cm的电池经过串联后Ix为18.7mA,Vx为2060mV,并联后的Ix,为60.7mA,Vx为501.0mV,串并联后Ix为36.1mA,Vx为993.2mV.经过串并联的可充式电池能够驱动小型电扇。
The preparation and performance measuring of the large size dye-sensitized nano-TiO2 solar battery with liquor recharging holes, channels and storage pool are investigated. Two pieee batteries in 8cm × 10cm and 9 pieces in 9cm × 9cm are made and the modules are assembled in series connecting and parallel connecting. The results show that the Isc and Voc of the batteries are ranged in 16.3-28.4mA and 422.3-608.3mV, respectively. The Isc and Voc of the module assembled by two piece 8cm × 10cm batteries in series connecting are 17.1mA and 1100mV, respectively, and 33.0mA and 546.2mV for parallel connecting module. The Isc and Voc of the modules assembled by 4 piece 9cm × 9cm batteries in series, parallel and series-parallel connecting are 18.7mA and 2060mV, 60.7mA and 501.0mV, 36. lmA and 993.2mV, respectively. The modules ean be used to drive the mini electric fan.
