摘要
采用田间试验方法和14C示踪技术研究有、无花瓣油菜近等基因系花期前后的株型演变及花期同化产物的运转分配。结果表明,无花瓣性状促进了中下层分枝和角果的发育,有利于增大分枝茎皮面积和角果皮面积,促进中下结角层多结角果和籽粒,并提高下层角果的质量,14C示踪也证明无花瓣性状促使花期同化产物向下部分枝和角果运转。无花瓣性状可用于构建油菜理想株型。
The changing of plant type structure of normal variety and apetalous near isogenic line during the period of begining to post flowering and the distribution of photosynthesis products at flowering time were studied in rapeseed ( Brassica napus L.) by field trial and isotope ( 14 C) tracing. Results showed that apetalous character promoted the growth and development of branches and pods set on the middle and low part of the plant, and advantages to increase the green surface of branch and pod. As a result, these branch could bear more pods and seeds, and the pod quality was much improved. the results from 14 C tracing also proved that apetalous character was benefit for transporting more photosynthesis products to the branches and pods of low storey. So apetalous can be used as an effective character for establishing ideotype in rapeseed breeding.
