摘要
对拮抗链霉菌NW136液体发酵条件进行了研究,认为其产抗培养基配方为黄豆饼粉2.0%,葡萄糖1.5%,淀粉1.5%,K2HPO40.05%,CaCO30.5%。NW136菌株在28℃条件下采用接种8%量,发酵初始pH值为7.5,在一定通气量下,经过108 h振荡培养(210 r/min)。,其抑菌率可达86.26%。
Fermentation conditions for NW136 strain of streptomyces were studied. The results showed that the fermenting medium which could generate antibiotics are: 2. 0% soybean powder, 3% glucose, 1.5% starch, 0.05% K2HPO4 and 0.5% CaCO3 . When inoeulation rate is 8%, with temperature at 28℃ and the primary pH value at 7.5, baeteriostatic effect is 86.26% after 108 hrs fermentation of NW136 strain.
