摘要
多电平逆变器在高压大容量电能变换中得到广泛应用,其控制策略和电路拓扑等已成为了研究热点。本文首先对二极管钳位式四电平的拓扑结构和工作原理进行了详细分析,接着讨论了电压移位控制策略,最后对二极管钳位四电平逆变器在MATLAB\Simulink环境下进行仿真,并给出了相应的仿真波形。
Multi-level inverter has been widely used in power electronics, and there is more and more study on its control strategies and the topology of its power circuit. This thesis concentrates onthe topologies and working principle of four-level diode clamped inverter firstly, then introduces the voltage shifting control strategies. Lastly, MATLAB/simulink is used to simulate voltage shifting modulation strategies in four-level inverter. Some waveforms from simulation are presented at the middle of this thesis.
