摘要
以小麦京冬6号幼苗第一真叶为材料,根据系统论原理,对叶片衰老的内源激素调控进行了系统分析,结果表明:(1)各种激素与叶绿素含量显著相关,且激素间有一定相关,激素是以系统的方式调控叶片衰老的。(2)玉米素(Z)、赤霉酸(GA_3)、脱落酸(ABA)对叶片衰老有直接作用,乙烯(ETH)、生长素(IAA)、异戊烯基腺嘌呤及其核苷(iP+iPA)、二氢玉米素及其核苷(DHZ+DHZR)是通过影响ABA、GA_3和Z间接起作用的。(3)对内源激素系统和叶片衰老的多元通径分析表明,Z可以直接作用,也可能通过提高GA_3和降低ABA水平延缓衰老;GA_3延缓衰老的同时还可以提高Z水平;ABA一方面直接促进衰老,又可以拮抗Z对衰老的延缓作用;乙烯等其它激素对衰老的影响有促进和延缓多条并存途径,对叶片衰老的效应取决于各途径的实现程度。
Hormone regulation of leaf senescence were systematically analyzed by means
of statistics based on the principles of system theory, using Triticum asetivum L. cv. Jingdong 6
as materals. First, leaf senescence was proved to be regulated by hormones in systematic patten.
Second,the hierarhy of hormone system were analyzed, Zeatin(Z), Giberilins(GA3) and Ab-
scisic acid (ABA) regulated leaf senescence directly. The other four (iP + iPA, DHZ + DHZR,
IAA and ETH) affected senescence indirectly by adjusting ABA, GA3 and Z. Third, the paths
of hormones regulating senescence were deciphered by means of hormone systems. Zeatins regu
lated senesence directly or indrectly through increasing GA3 level or decreasing ABA level. GA3
delayed leaf senescence and increasing GA3 level. ABA enhanced leaf senescence directly while
counteract the effect of Zeatin. ETH and other hormones affected senescence by several different
paths which including enhancement and inhibition, the final effects of them was determined by
the accomplishment of the various paths.
