摘要
设计正交实验,研究不同气水比、水力负荷、pH值对CODCr,SS,氨氮去除率的影响,以及COD负荷、氨氮负荷对COD、氨氮去除率的影响。研究发现:气水比、水力负荷、pH值3个因素对CODCr,SS,氨氮去除率的影响的主次关系为:水力负荷>气水比>pH值,且在水力负荷为0.5m/h、V(气):V(水)=3:1,pH值为6~8时CODCr,SS,氨氮去除达到最佳水平。COD容积负荷小于15kg/(m3·d)时,COD负荷的变化对COD去除率影响较小,去除率随着进水COD负荷的提高缓慢下降;相比之下,随着COD容积负荷的增加,氨氮去除率呈明显的下降趋势。实验得出:在设定实验条件下,BAF的动力学模型可表示为:lnC/C0=-60.9[A/QC0(0.183)]。
This paper studied the removal efficiency of CODCr SS and ammonia nitrogen in different gas-water ratio, hydraulic loading and pH through orthogonal experiment. The study found that the removal efficiency of CODa, SS and ammonia nitrogen was influenced by gas-water ratio, hydraulic loading and pH, the order is hydraulic loading〉gas-water ratio〉 pH value. The removal efficiency of CODr, SS and ammonia nitrogen reach a highest level at the conditions of hydraulic loading at 0.5 m/h; gas-water ratio at 3:1 and pH at 6 ~ 8. The changing of COD volume load has little effect on the COD removal rate when the volume load is less than 15 kg/(m3.d), and the removal rate has a slow decline with the increasing COD load. On the contrary the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen has an obvious decline with the increasing ~ C A COD load. The paper found that the kinetic model of the Biological Aerated Filter is lnC/C0=-60.9A/QC0^0.183 .
