摘要
介绍了一种新型的基于气动肌腱的三级增力压紧装置,对系统的工作原理进行了分析并给出了工作原理图。文章对系统的输出力和力放大系数给出了相应的计算公式。该装置以气动肌腱为动力源,利用铰杆的角度效应以及杠杆的长度效应对输入力进行放大和传递。装置结构紧凑,技术功能较为完善,增力效果明显,是对传动机构绿色化设计的一种尝试。
The working principle of a new kind of three-steps force amplified clamping device driven by pneumatic muscle is introduced. Some corresponding mechanics calculating formulae of output force and force amplifying coefficient are also given. The whole system is driven by the pneumatic muscle. The apparatus can enlarge and transmit the input force by using the angle function between toggles and the length function of the lever. The innovative device with compact construction has perfect technical functions and obvious force amplified effect. It is a good attempt at green design of driving mechanism force amplifying.
