摘要
以松花江吉林段9a的监测资料为依据,采用因子分析和构建水环境分区管理模型对松花江吉林段水环境质量进行分析。采用因子分析方法,识别出河流的水污染成因,依据主成分得分合理划分出各类水环境管理区域,并提出相应的水环境管理措施。结果表明:松花江吉林段主要污染物是高锰酸盐指数、石油类和悬浮物,表现为工业点源污染和水土流失引发的面源污染;在水环境管理分区中,丰满周围区域属于轻污染,为水源保护江段,清源桥———哨口区域属于中度污染状况,为水环境自净江段,哨口———白旗区域属于重污染,为水环境控制江段。另外,针对水环境区域的污染成因和污染因子提出了相应的微观控制措施,为水环境达标治理提供了科学依据。这一工作的开展对于实施河流水环境污染总量控制,实现松花江吉林段水域的科学化分类管理具有一定的参考价值。
Based on nine years' monitoring data, water quality of Jilin section of Songhua River was analyzed with factor analysis (FA) method and classified management model of water environment. Contribution rate of water pollution factors were calculated quantitatively, with divisibn of all kinds of water environmental management areas based on FA and classified management model. The corresponding measures of water environment management were proposed. Results showed that main pollution which was permanganate index, petroleum oil and suspended substance is characterized as industrial point pollution and non-point source pollution resulted from soil and water erosion. Development of the study has certain reference to implement gross control of regional water environment, and can implement the scientific classified management on Songhua River in Jilin Province.
