摘要 为了适应当前工业领域生产要求需要,设计并实现了一种工业浮游物含量在线测控系统。系统利用散射光进行浊度检测,通过浊度进而得到浮游物含量。采用高精度的光电传感器采集溶液中浮游物含量信号,通过检测模块计算得到浮游物含量数据,并送面板显示,同时发送控制信号进行相应的自动控制。本系统具有定时自清洗、自动校准、无人工干预、自动化程度高、操作简单安全、检测精度高、控制判断精确等特点,能够满足当前企业的生产自动化要求,具有较大的应用前景。 An online control system for measuring suspended material content in solution was produced to make the need of industrial automation at present. Turbidity was detected by the method of scattered light, and then suspended material content was got from turbidity. Through accurate control system and precise turbidimeters, the system got sus- pended material content in solution on time and sent signals for display and corresponding control. This system can clean and calibrate itself at interval time automatically, with advantages of no-people guard, higher automation level, easy and safe operation, accurate control and so on. It meets the automatic needs of enterprise and has widely application prospect and popularization value.
