摘要
分析了国产首台1000 MW超超临界锅炉的设计与技术特点,包括锅炉选型、燃烧方式和炉膛尺寸、燃烧系统、炉膛水冷壁及高压强钢的应用等,探讨了P92和P122马氏体钢及SUPER304H和TP310H奥氏体钢的焊接工艺特点,总结了锅炉生产制造中采取的一些新工艺和新方法.
Design and technological characteristics of the first China-made 1 000 MW ultra supercritical boiler were analyzed, including boiler selection, combustion method, furnace size, combustion system, furnace waterwall and application of high pressure steel. The characteristics of welding technology for P92, P122 Martensitic steel and SUPER304H, TP310H Austenitic steel were discussed. Some new technologies and new methods adopted in boiler production were summarized.
