摘要
本文对具有较高偏转灵敏度的多段式磁极自会聚偏转系统的结构形式、设计原理、偏转像差的校正方法进行了介绍,并对51FS,90°偏转角的两段式磁极偏转系统计算机辅助设计结果进行了讨论。
In this paper , the structure of multi-section magnetic-pole self-convergence de- flection system with higher deflection sensitivity has been introduced. The principles of design and the methods of correct deflection aberration have also been introduced. The computer aided design results of 51FS , 90°deflection angle two-section magnetic-pole deflection system have been discussed.
