摘要 缺陷管理是中大型软件开发过程中的重要部分,通过对现有缺陷管理工具的分析,依据CMM模型和软件中心管理流程的特殊需求,设计和实现了一个软件缺陷管理系统WIDS。WIDS系统采用了浏览器的B/S架构,实现了缺陷跟踪的流程,对缺陷状态的变化进行控制,提供及时的问题报告,通知并定位到相应的人员,并具有统计分析、查询、权限管理等功能。实际应用表明WIDS系统有效地提高了软件的质量和管理效率。 It is believed that software defect management is very important to a complicated software development. After analyzing current popular defect management tools, this paper proposes a defect management system, WIDS, based on CMM and management process of a software center. WIDS implements the process of defect tracking, controls the status changing, offers prompt problem reports, sends notice email to corresponding person, has such functions as statistical analysis, inquiry, authority management and so on. The results of analysis and using show that WIDS can improve the quality of the software deliveries and efficiency of software management.
