摘要
文章分析了目前高职教育在人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了高职建筑工程技术专业应以培养职业能力为核心,以就业为导向进行教学改革的思路,同时提出了采用模块化教学,一专多能地培养人才的教育模式。
This paper analyzes the problems during the course of talent-cultivation,then puts forward that architectural engineering technology in higher vocational colleges should take employment as the direction, aim at training the professional abilities and reform in modular teaching to cultivating talents who master many skills while specializing in one.
