摘要
基于价值创新的观点,在分析现有旅游产业战略布局和价值曲线的基础上,剔除、减少、增加和创造了相应的旅游元素,对哈尔滨旅游产业价值曲线进行了重构,并据此提出哈尔滨旅游产业发展的新策略,包括以国际化为先导、开发"反季"冰雪旅游项目、开发冰雪体育旅游系列产品、完善旅游网站建设及推出空路引航旅游等。
Based on the view of value innovation,this paper cancels,reduces,adds and creates the relevant elements on tourism through analyzing the existing strategies and the value curve of the tourism industry in China. According to the above analysis,the value curve of tourism industry in Harbin is reconstructed and the new development strategies of tourism industry in Harbin are put forward which include giving priority to internationalization,developing ‘anti-quarter' ice and snow tourism projects,developing series products about ice and snow sport tourism,improving the construction of tourist websites,and opening the partial aviation rights.
